Thought I'd make a poll to see if slee issues are really wide spread. Thankfully I've never had sleeping issues at all in my life and I feel bad for people who have trouble sleeping.

I find it the most peaceful part of my day tbh I could fall asleep within 30minutes no problem but I have a routine I've followed since I can remember so it's never been a issue even when I'm stressed.

How about it CE does anyone here fall asleep instantly?

Sleeping is the only thing I'm good at. Soon as I close my eyes, lights out. I only sleep three hours though. Moonlight's a wastin'

Usually an hour or two. I've always had a ridiculous amount of problems falling asleep. Once I'm out I'm fucking out though.

My doctor has me on a cocktail of shit to help me fall asleep.
400mg of Kava
100mg of Theanine
1000mg of Magnesium Citrate
200mg of Diphenhydramine (benadryl)
And a smattering of other things like Valerian and Lavender.

It depends. Sometimes within a few minutes, sometimes it takes an hour or two.

Been an insomniac since high school. Developed sleep paralysis around that time (and learned to love it). These days, without any aids, it takes 2-3 hours to fall asleep after 12am. <: But now I rely on alcohol to fall asleep in which I fall asleep in minutes.

It usually takes me between 45-60 minutes to fall asleep. And for whatever reason, I have a hard time dealing with sleeping in a new place. Whether it's a new apartment, a friend's house, a hotel room... it takes me 2-3x longer to fall asleep. Don't know why that is.

i fell asleep and dreamt within the span of 15 minutes or so yesterday. i woke up at the same time that my monitor fell asleep.

Since becoming a parent, it's more like 15 minutes.

i'm almost always tired and ready for bed by the time i head upstairs.

i'm a big fan of white noise to help sleep. i've slept with a fan on all night for like a decade. when i travel and im in a room w/o a fan it takes me considerably longer to fall asleep (but still only like 10m) and i'm much more likely to wake up in the middle of the night

If I take my medicine, between 5-30 minutes. If I dont take it, I lie in bed all night. Legitimate insomnia sucks. I also have to have a fan for noise.

Pretty much instantly. Sometimes I go to bed to read without being tired at all and fall asleep mid page lol

Now that my insomnias gone i am back to falling asleep easily. Like within 5 minutes. I wouldnt wish that on anybody. Staring at the ceiling for 8 hours wondering wtf is going on.
