Thankfully I've never had sleeping issues at all in my life and I feel bad for people who have trouble sleeping. I find it the most peaceful part of my day tbh I could fall asleep within 30minutes no problem but I have a routine I've followed since I can remember so it's never been a issue even when I'm stressed.
