I felt like shit. Less so than the 2nd shot, but my feeling like shit lasted almost 3 days compared to 1 for the 2nd shot.

Haven't scheduled mine until it gets recommended. I am in no big rush and supposedly Moderna maintains efficacy for a pretty long time.

I didn't really feel sick after the booster but my wife did. She felt body aches all down the left side of her body (which is the arm she got the shot in), randomly felt chills midway through the next day, and had general fatigue.

For me, I felt a little bit of fatigue and my feet were pretty cold, but I couldn't tell if that was due to how much sleep I got/how cold the house was. The day after my shot, I still went on a 3-4 mile run outside.

For comparison, after the second shot I did feel some overall fatigue and some body aches (nothing too crazy).

Why so many people getting the booster? I thought it was for people over 65 with a couple exceptions

I believe anyone with any of the conditions listed on this page are eligible for a booster.

I thought after 6 months your protection dropped to 60%?

I don't actually know, maybe I don't need one? I work in healthcare

Should everyone be getting boosters now? I thought it was just old people.

I got my second Moderna shot in May and started feeling like shit about 8 hours later and didn't feel normal for another 36 hours

J&J group have to get either one of the three vaccines. considering 2 sites to get a choice to go.
depends on if the hospital has a clinic run on the weekend it would save the drive.

not feeling safe with a 13% vaccine efficiency.

Not eligible until March next year (Australia - have to wait 6 months from your second jab and the vaccine wasn't widely available to the general public until August/September this year)

I mean I got the sore arm for the first shot, and felt chills and a headache for a day for the second shot. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I actually had a coworker who had an allergic reaction to his first shot. They make you wait for 15 minutes for this reason.

I havent gotten it yet. Im still on the fence about it, tbh. Not sure if its really necessary or if the pharmaceutical companies just want more money (because you know theyre not doing this for free). I probably will, but someone in town told me its only available for 60+ people right now. The second shot made me feel like crap, so Im not looking forward to it.

No, the Moderna booster just left me with a sore arm.

When I got my first shot (J&J), I had a sore arm, headache, and chills for about a day.
