I don't know why genuine curiosity could be misconstrued as anything banworthy. I'd rather this end up being a healthy discussion, the only reasonable thing I've read in this topic is that it's been a monetary investment, and deserves respect.

In that same way of thinking, why are men judged for having hairpieces, etc? Or anyone who does any sort of body modifications?

Tbf this is actually an interesting dichotomy. People are usually judged negatively for cosmetic surgery, and other aesthetic procedures.
I know the major difference is that genital reconstruction is to treat body dysmorphia, but at the same time, does that then imply that people without gender dysphoria don't deserve to modify their bodies to match their own identities?

Like if you had a line up of 100 pictures with some original and some post op would you easily be able to tell the difference? I remember that series nip/tuck where the guy is shagging a post op m2f and didnt realise until she cheated on him with his dads colleague and he figured it out and told the guy.

Depends on the surgeon and some other factors. Especially helpful is if she got it done young and didn't need any additional material from a thigh or what have you.
