Not just recent memory, you can include kids' costumes as well.

I've been to conventions as Pokemon Trainer Red, and Shulk. If he counts, I've dressed as Slender Man for Halloween parties.

I've dressed up as Keiichi Maebara once when I was like in my teens. More recently I went to a convention (before the pandemic) as Gumshoe!

Couldn't really get the hair right though haha.

homemade Charmeleon in like grade 2 Halloween (store-bought one was sold out so my mom made one)
Emil Castagnier some years ago for a convention (I also used this for a uni presentation covering cosplay in a JP Culture class, my partner came as a maid)

... I think that's it? I've done more animes, although I've used the Emil one a few times (one time TRE caught me at Anime North!)

Last year I went as the Mafia from A Hat in Time (my ex went as Hat Kid)

A few years back I went as Waluigi (have a picture somewhere but can't find it)

I also have a poorly-fitting Reaper (Overwatch) costume and I'm planning on someday putting together a B.O.B. costume
