When we were kids my friend and I put some pallets in the middle of the road and hid behind a low wall with the plan to throw snowballs when cars stopped. No lie, the FIRST car that showed up was a police cruiser. We huddled behind that wall while the cops searched around and it was like a movie, one of them came and stood right over us and would have seen us had he glanced even a millimeter lower.

this is either a tiny dude throwing a tantrum or a tiny dude taking that attitude to its logical end -- maybe he thinks he could argue self defense so he started doing something that could actually cause harm. either way, this is a tiny dude with something to prove. people like that simply cannot take anything in stride.

what were they doing there in the first place? just hanging out near someone else's car? you just have to figure that he did something stupid to draw aggro.
