Johnny Cage is a bigger Mortal Kombat snub than Raiden, IMO. And, Smash Bros. aside, my vote for biggest fighter-snub overall.

I would take Raiden over Johnny Cage because he'd be more recognizable to non-MK fans.

I would personally like to see Blanka, but the most deserving, and best chance at doing ok, is Raiden.

I had to double-check all past Raiden matches to be sure, yep.
And Blanka VS Raiden would be a good match.
