Sometimes it helps me to think about the best outcome scenario. Then I compare to the most likely scenario. This helps put into perspective my anxiety and fear based ideas on what could possibly happen. This might not work for you but i thought I'd throw it out there as a coping technique just in case <333 That one was mine. Update: rescheduled for thursday lol. The annoying thing is that this always happens and in the end there was never anything to worry about. It still only helps a little. I'm like really good at poker faces and I can be the seemingly most confident person in a room, but I have an inherent inability to let people get close to me. I never start conversations just to have them. I often feel displaced, like I'm in a different dimension than everyone else, like everything and everyone I see and hear is there... I'm just not.
