It's funny that I can look at the timestamp for an episode of Fake Doctors Real Friends and immediately know if they liked this particular episode of Scrubs or not.

I have stopped caring about the NBA almost entirely since Zaza's dirty play ruined Kawhi's ankle and basically ended the Spurs dynasty.

Like I'll loosely pay attention but I barely watch anymore.

Oh, that's one of the few NBA events I've actually heard of since it arguably contributed to the Raptors winning in 2019. That feels like an eternity ago even though it isn't.

It's probable Kawhi would've left San Antonio on his own at some point, but it definitely sped up the process and he probably never goes to Toronto without it.

Yeah. My understanding is there was disagreement over injury management at the time which caused a rift between Kawhi and the rest of the team at the time.

That's correct. The Spurs thought he was healthy enough to play at one point in the next season even though he was still not playing, and they called him out on it publicly. Not long after, Kawhi was asking for a trade.

Ratchet & Clank 2016 beated! Fun game. I kind of approve of them retconning Dr. Nefarious into this game because Drek was always a lame bad guy in the original. It's pretty neat that they've essentially been able to maintain the same voice acting cast for the major characters for nearly two decades now, especially since they always put up great performances.

So I see there are other playable characters besides Rayman. Is there a need to play as anyone else, or could I beat the entire game as Rayman? And do the other playable characters offer any type of additional advantage that Rayman doesn't possess?

They all play the same. I think I mostly switched between princesses when I played.

Wheel of Time Book 6 complete!

Incredible book. I think I'd still say 4 is my favorite, but this is a close second. Perrin is still the best, even in a limited role here. He combines some of my favorite heroic tropes. Pretty much all of the major characters had good moments in this book though.

4 > 6 > 2 > 5 > 1 > 3

Honestly I might try to read the Wheel of Time again. Haven't been able to get into anime lately and Tales of Arise didn't do much for me either, so maybe I need a change of pace. Also always regretted never actually finishing the series >.>

In any case yeah I really liked book 6. Probably top 3 in the series for me. (although supposedly the last few are very good...)

From what I've been told, I'm about to enter into the weakest stretch of the series from books 7-10, so we'll see how that goes!

it's a good thing i looked up what counts as the DCEU before saying anything because my first thought was, "I've watched The Dark Knight Trilogy and that's it I think." which would have been the sequel to my, "Logan is my favorite MCU movie" post from years back where i was SCHOOLED in the ways of marvel.

I've seen almost all of them (Wonder Woman 2 I do not plan to watch). There's a lot of bad movies in there. I liked Man of Steel quite a bit, but would not recommend it since most people aren't that into it. The Suicide Squad is genuinely good though! Not surprising from the guy who made the Guardians of the Galaxy movies.

I actually liked both movies I saw. But, this also isn't a recommendation. I know other people don't. Although, I don't think Man of Steel was super unpopular even if people didn't like it that much. Batman v Superman is infamous and doesn't need an explanation.

Finished the first world in Rayman Legends. It's been pretty fun so far and a little difficult, although that may be because I'm not used to the controls yet. The game is pretty generous with checkpoints though, so it's not a big deal either way.
