People have already paid to watch the game in the arena, fans are excited for the first game of the season. Theres already highlights of the game so it obviously would have been filmed. So just put out a live feed or at least upload the raw footage with no announcers. Basically, it ties into the fact that preseason games don't get high enough ratings to justify fighting over airing rights, so it's easier to just kow-tow to the team/arena and let them milk more money out of hardcore fans because you have to be there to see the game.
