Chicken adobo. Literally boil the chicken, then cook it in a pan with oil and garlic until cooked. 1/3rd cup soy sauce, vinegar and water, tspoon of brown sugar with black peppers. Let it simmer for like 10 mins and done.

lobster linguine.
boil linguine al dente. Cook the chopped lobster in a pan with butter and oil and garlic(dont chop the garlic just crush it a bit and put it in). Add white wine, then seafood broth. Let it simmer. Put the linguine on top, let it sit for like 5 mins, dont mix. Then mix.

done.

I got a steelhoud trout fillet, sprinkled it with some spices, lemon juice and butter, had a nice filling meal after like 35 minutes, including preheating.

Literally just a couple chicken breasts covered by a jar of salsa in a slow cooker. After it's cooked, a minute or so to pour out some excess liquid and shred the chicken with a couple forks is the extent of the effort.
