LTTP...I play rando, so this skews things heavily as some bosses are awful when you reach them (Lanmo) while others are worse in rando when you make an early play on them (Mothula). Best: Helma (Blind is a decent pick, too.) Worst: Vitreous (unless trollworm decides to be a dick.)
