Spike Spiegel was based off of an Asian actor, so I don't mind an Asian playing him. Jet clearly wasn't supposed to be black. So Faye I would expect to look the most asian. Spike I kind of envisioned almost half asian/ half caucasian of some sort, but Cho I don't buy as an action lead.
