Yeah, I mean no ethnicity is completely innocent when it comes to the irresponsible spread of COVID, but white Texans and white republicans spin so many bullshit stories about blacks, hispanics and minorities in general that it's unreal.

If you read further into his argument it's even worse. The host basically said democrats are saying his and the governor's covid policies have led to the increased number of cases and deaths in Texas. His response was basically to say that black people are the group with the highest unvaccinated rate, and that's the democrats' problem so he's not to blame.

Like, fucking what? You're in charge of the state, meaning all citizens, not just those of your party. If vaccination rates are low, that's your problem.

I've been told that those who aren't vaccinated should be blamed for this pandemic continuing as long as it has.

A penny for your thoughts, liberals? Yoohoo?
Unvaccinated republicans outnumber unvaccinated minorities by over a two to one margin. Since you seem set to blame black people, will you equally say republicans are at fault?

I'm not blaming anyone; I'm asking how the liberals will rationalise this one.

90% is a pretty damning figure and is bad for the narrative.

While you ask that question..... do you also ask why the Lt Governor ONLY mentions black people? Isn't that bad for the Republican narrative of "we aren't racist"?

So? They are the least vaccinated group in America and democrats claim being Vaccinated stops the spread (which it doesn't). Why is it that it's only worth noting when someone says it outright instead of their some moron constituents assuming the unvaccinated are just every single republican.

It does. 12% of the cases in the US are from the 60% vaccinated. 88% of the cases are from the 40% unvaccinated. Doesnt take Einstein to show there would be far less cases if everyone was vaccinated.

The CDC's own data shows the vaccinated can spread Covid just as much as the unvaccinated. It was never a sterilizing vaccine, and on top of that the CDC's own guidelines for testing the vaccinated are different from testing the unvaccinated, running the test at 20 cycles instead of the 40 cycles.

Point is that Republicans have been kneecapping efforts to mitigate the response to this virus from the beginning. So to blame 13 percent of the state population is them tacitly admitting that COVID is dangerous and to find a scapegoat for their own ineptitude.

I wouldn't dare try to put a percentage on what amount of Republicans are racist, but there are other reasons. I'm not saying they're good, but there are people who think that America will go socialist (and by that I mean communist) if the Democrats get their way. Oh, and you have the crowd that thinks the left wants to ban religion.

The open coddling of racism is alarming.

Can spread yes. But they dont contract it at near the same rate. You cant spread what you dont catch. There would be 60-70% less overall cases if everyone were vaccinated.

You still contract it though, all the vaccine does is it "might" mitigate side-effects of covid. Which by bare basic logical conclusion leads to no testing of asymptomatic spreaders, and even if there was the testing is deliberately run at 20 cycles instead of 40.

So maybe get your head out of the media circle jerk and read the papers they were supposed to have given you prior to being jab which for informed consent.
You contract it at a far lesser rate. You just transmit it at the same rate. If you read the papers they gave, youd notice an efficacy rate. Lmao.
