Edit: looked into it more and it sounds like herpangina since the sores are at the back of the throat and I dont have sores on my hands or feet Fever was 102.2 most of yesterday with a terrible headache, and I got nauseous and had to throw up twice though nothing actually came out. Now Im at 99.3, headache is gone, but my throat is in so much pain. And I start a new job tomorrow so the timing is fucking great.
