I feel like the only way I would want GTA3/VC/SA would be if they would remaster them to look like GTA5, but also use most of GTA's mechanics and sensitivity for things, because those games kind of feel like hot garbage now that I've gotten so used to GTA5/GTAO.

Also, they need to redo the flight school missions and the stupid RC plane missions in SA, because fuck those missions right up the ass with a rusty pitchfork.

I don't think they'd ever do that, because it would involve too much effort for not enough payout.

Then again, the REmakes are a thing, and those are basically the original game entirely rebuilt from the ground up. And I never would have predicted Capcom being willing to put that much effort into those beforehand either.

I don't think they were full HD remasters (if they were, please post I haven't played them) but the report is saying that the Full Remasters (rumored to be done in UnREAL) will come to Mobile as well, so either they will replace the ones currently on the Market or just do a Major update for them

Eww no, the artistic style of the PS2 era GTA is far superior to the realistic crap thats todays GTAs I would want upgraded res and textures but keep the artistic style and flair of the PS2 games. Giving them GTA 5 graphics would ruin them.

Cause maybe something new and innovative would be fun instead of running around the same city we've had for the last 10 years? I don't really care about their finances cause I'm pretty sure an actual new game would print money just as well as GTAV/Online. Hail capitalism, I guess

We are not in a true capitalist system thank god. However we still are in a cancerous system of corporatism which is basically socialism reserved only for mega corporations (we should enter full communism or socialism for all the populace).

Nah, you might be right. I don't think any textures were changed. They just upped the resolution and added trophy support and such.

I'd only be interested in a remake at this point. Eve. Then, they probably couldn't get all the music from the originals which would make me significantly less interested. Small gripe, but the soundtracks of those games are heavily nostalgic to me.

Go back and look at it now. It looks like absolute shit.

Your memory of what it looks like it is a lot better than what it actually looks like. And there really isn't any way to update it to look better without doing a full overhaul. They could go a more cartoony route or use a different style other than the one they used for GTA5 (though it would be way easier to reuse those assets rather than start over from scratch), but if they released it mostly as-is or with only minor graphical upgrades, it will look like complete dog ass.

A couple years back I dug SA out of storage because my nephew had never played it and wanted to see what it was like, and I was like "Holy shit, this is ridiculously terrible." Those games did not even remotely age well, in nearly every way.
