I've been trending downwards, it took a while to put the weight on, so it will take a while for it to come off. I'm like 1.5 jens instead of over 2.

During my Icall - HardcoreTeddy account days, I was like .7 jens. in HS I was like 1.8 jens.

Drug issues (in the past) and HRT do things to weight, I tell ya w'hat

Just eating less. Intermittent fasting helped a ton with reworking my eating habits. Now I don't feel the need to snack all day. That's mostly what I needed. And it helped me seriously limit my portion sizes.

They arent hard! 3 sets of 1525 reps and youre done. Squats and lunges are easy also. You can do it.

Lmao. If ya lived closer Id drag your ass to workout. 45-60 min is low for me tho more like 2 hours a day.
