As a conspiracist, I theorize Q really is some level of psyop designed to end in an event like January 6th, so after that it doesn't really have a function anymore, why they stopped.

The problem is that, unintentionally, the delocalization of the "investigations" by individuals within the group resulted in a self-perpetuating idiocy. A sort of artificially induced schizophrenia where loose associations and irrational connections are given weight.

I think it was started as a troll job, yes. probably by Jim Watkins or a random troll from whom Watkins then took the template and profited. then other entities piggybacked off of it as they do with many types of viral content.

I have my complaints about the way the electoral college works, but that's the way the US voting system is. Because of the electoral college works, Republicans are able to win presidential elections without getting the majority of voters. The EC gives people's votes in lesser-populated states more power than higher-populated states.

Trump lost the popular vote in 2016, but was still able to get enough electoral college votes to become president, specifically because enough idiots voted for him in the right states.

People voted for Trump because he amplified their conspiracy theories, sexism, and bigotry ad nauseum. He campaigned on banning all Muslims, said he would strongly consider appointing justices that overturn Roe v. Wade, etc.

And I don't see why that means "We need God." To me, it seems like God wouldn't have allowed someone like Trump to become the messiah of the evangelicals.

The fact that so many bible thumpers fell in line behind Trump of all people really reinforces the fact that they're scammers, imo.

Well, there is absolutely power in the will and energy of the people. I just don't think normal people in masse have the ability to direct that. Some level of manipulation is needed to get a whole group of people to do one thing.

I think it is more like, we are too weak to give it to God. Because we are worried about our flesh. Rebel was certainly right calling me out on that part. Me getting into all this shit in my early 20s had everything to do with where I was (and wasn't) spiritually.

It's like when Jesus told us when someone hits us, to turn the other cheek and let them strike us again. Or when he commanded the rich young ruler to give up all his possessions and follow him, because it was his wealth on earth holding him back.

He knew these things we were incapable of doing. I believe the message is "You can't do it, so you need to give it to God."

Because no matter how righteous any of us might seem, we're all slaves to our sin on some level. It's not about being the most purely good and holy person, but rather being able to acknowledge that we do need God because we aren't pure enough to not strike back. We aren't pure enough to give everything like Jesus did.

I'm sure whatever person or group Q is was ecstatic about all the attention. It was actually crazy to me, seeing Qanon start to get mentioned on CNN late 2019 or whatever, when I was seeing the posts on seedy 8chan forums in 2017.
