One of the only democracies in the Middle East, solid ally, and held to a ridiculous standard that other similarly or more powerful countries in the region like Saudi Arabia and Iran aren't even held close to. It's also pretty cool that they allow access to religious sites for all of the major Abrahamic religions (and Dome of the Rock is actually controlled by Muslims, I think Jordanian specifically?), while as before they controlled Jerusalem, that was NOT the case.
