yes I did. Youre just going to keep sealioning arent you.

Pretty Easy honestly. Sir we have a witness saying you committed x crime. We also observed it and saw you pull into your driveway. We now have probable cause to believe you committed x crime it. Now its either citr or jail depending on which state. But this gentlemen immediately started yelling at officers when he got out of the car instead of just calmly identifying himself

He was in his fucking HOUSE. Do you know the difference between a car and a house darkprince? He was not pulled over for reckless driving. He was not driving at all. How the hell does it go from random phonecall to this guy being shot 7 times in front of his own home?

If a random phone call is enough to create this kind of situation, there is a tremendously disturbing problem that continues to go ignored because pigs defend their sick behavior. Reminds me of the other video recently, kid is detained, cuffed behind his back, stands up, someone yells "he's going for my gun!" with his arms handcuffed behind his back, had 3+ cops pinning him against the wall, can't go anywhere, can't do anything, and random cop walks up and says "You're gonna die my friend" and shoots him in the side of the head and executes him on the spot. I guess that's justified too though because he resisted with both hands locked behind his back.
hes clearly outside and stayed outside the entire time. Police never left the public sidewalk

Oh so they weren't going to investigate at all?
They just believe a phone call and throw the man straight to jail?

You also claim they witness it. Hmm. I know cops lie on reports but wow.

How will they investigate a crime they did not witness and whose witness is some random caller who may have been lying or gave the wrong info?

This all seems really dumb. Like I said, I can just find your address and tip cops off to you driving recklessly and they gonna show up to your house?

Credit to the one officer that was seemingly actually trying to do his job and de-escalate the situation, but then the woman officer stepped in because we can't have none of that peaceful stuff. It's also reported that she was on his lawn, not the sidewalk, and he told her to step back off of his property and she went off the handle like a crazy woman and told him to get on the ground? For whatever reason. Nothing but scared little children seeking a position of power so they can abuse their authority. Nothing new here.

But he was shot with a bean bag first!!!

if a cop is allowed to think a phone is a gun then an untrained citizen cant be expected to think a bean bag is just a bean bag. Those things dont hit softly. They hurt.

Not to mentionhe shouldnt have been shot with anything. He was on his own property, the cops didnt witness him doing anything wrong, he had every right to tell them to get fucked and leave. Why was their first reaction to shoot at him?

You are reaching so fucking hard it hurts.

If an officer cant be there to witness a crime themselves they have no reason to investigate it because someone else calls it in?

Do you have to be related to the person youre calling the cops on or know their DOB, SSN, and middle initial for it to be legit?

i think the call was for erratic driving? They didnt need to speak with him right then. He was clearly agitated. Leave and come back. Itll be fine. They most definitely did not need to speak with him so badly that they needed to continue to piss him off and then shoot him with a bean bag. Why did they even have that equipment and so much back up for all that. Again, theyre not trained to de-escalate when they should be. Thats a problem. And if they suspected him of being drunk there is nothing they can do. He could have downed a bottle of whisky as soon as he stepped inside. They cant prove his driving was due to intoxication right then and there. The entire thing was bull shit.

Everyone in this topic just seems to think that this guy was already home in his house when they arrived. If that was the case why is he at his front door and the officers are all the way on the street/sidewalk? He must have already been outside, no? They obviously didnt knock on his door.

Are you just completely ignorant to everything police do? It's pretty simple.

"Hello I'm Officer Hank and we got a report about someone driving recklessly and we wanted to ask you some questions. What's your name? Do you live here? Is this your vehicle? Where are you coming from? Did you drive straight home from there or did you take any detours? Have you had any alcohol or marijuana today? Would you mind taking a sobriety test? Is there a number we can reach you at if we have any additional questions?"

Then cross-reference security or traffic cameras if you want to get real ambitious.

Where in all this was the bean bag projectile necessary. That was before he stepped down or charged the officers. Again its weird how cops are allowed to act on fear in the heat of the moment but if an untrained civilian does its he should have known better.

In other words, harassing a man on his own property for no reason as that would not prove a crime.
So why are these questions important enough to break the law and take a dump on a man's property rights?

For not waiting for a reason for police to murder him on his front steps.

Crazy too that all this happened in February, he obviously went right to the hospital, they absolutely took blood work along with checking his vitals, but zero reports or any comments about him having alcohol or anything in his system. Funny how that part just kind of goes away, if he was drunk or high, the first thing that would have hit the news was his toxicology report. If his sobriety during the incident was in question, which it was, first thing they would have done is check for alcohol in his system. Zero information about that tells me he wasn't.

Texas state law permits open carry on a person if they are on their own private property. This is a rather infamous right granted by our laws that stirred other states in the nation due to its tenacity.

You can verify it here:
