Inazuma hype. New Artifact grinding anti-hype. Been splitting my resin between Noblesse and VV artifact domains the last day or two and being royally fucked on both so thats been fun. I did Kazuhas little story quest today.

I also did Kazuya's quest this weekend, and I liked him enough to spend 20 wishes on his banner. Only got a Lion's Roar and a Razor dupe, but I doubt I'll be pulling on Ayaka's banner at all

Ill pull on Yoimiya since she supposedly has at least 1 new 4* with her. Ayaka probably gonna have Barbara, Xiangling and Fischl or something lol

It's tempting, but I'll skip rolling on 2.0, mostly. I guess I might throw a little for 4 stars without going close to pity.

My Eula is looking forward to Electro Lumine. I needed an excuse to use her again. Wonder what sword will be best for her new artifact set. I think Black Sword is the best 4* sword period right now?

Baal will almost certainly be a strong character, and I have somewhat of a goal of collecting all the archons, but I can't completely dismiss electro traveler. I've heard that there is some serious potential for support there.

I know nothing about electro traveler, but I've definitely heard it implied that he/she will be a strong option, which is interesting and also kinda exciting given that anemo/geo MC was only so-so as a purported 5-star.

I need to catch up on the quests. Getting blocked by the adventure rank requirements really works to get you dipping your toes into the late game grinding loops, but it also distracts you hard from the story.

It's still not appearing.

So is there like an intuitive way to reach the top of the cliffs in Golden Apple Archipelago? My way has been to start and fail challenges that launch you in the air just so I can reach the top, but I don't feel this is a good way to go about with it because what if I actually pass the challenge and it's no longer there for me to use?

We're not suppose to actually climb the cliffs, are we? I'm trying to get the Barbara skin while it's still available but I only have about half the conches needed to get it.

As for the cliffs, I believe so. You can also climb up vines. Have you gotten all the anemoculus and Geoculus things to boost your stamina?

There were some awkward places to climb for sure, but I didn't have trouble with it. Most of the really high places are near a teleporter.

Randomly stumbled upon a bloatty floatie and got 100% exploration on the last area I was missing. Just in time for new map to explore.

Got my Barbara skin, I'm good now. Getting her summer skin was what got me to pick up the game and play more, and now I'm on the AR grind.

I feel silly with the climbing thing now because I only just realized that slowly climbing drains your stamina far less than constantly jumping forward.

Gonna pull on the Ayaka banner like most other people, but wouldn't mind going for Yoimiya as well. I've literally been using Amber for Pyro and Bow, because she's my only character for both of those, so Yoimiya would be a nice upgrade.

Also, if I translated the time correctly, servers go down at 4 eastern today, with the planned downtime of 5 hours. Of course, they're usually up earlier, but don't plan on hitting up the game the minute you get home today unless you're west coast and work late.

You say that but this game sells extremely well on mobile. So you know there are 12 year olds out there doing the hardest Spiral Abyss content on an iPhone 8 Plus, which is the minimum supported iPhone.

It was a game designed for mobile, though. I suspect in some regards phone is easier than PS4.

Definitely the menu-ing seems much better on mobile. The menu controls are so awkward on PS4.

Did around 4 or 5 multipulls and got C2 Chongyun and C3 Yanfei. I did want Yanfei, so I'm actually happy with this.

Guess I'm making Chongyun my Cryo guy now.

I still dont get why you cant summon CHARACTERS if your artifact inventory is full. Also I have like dozens of rows of 5* artifacts I gotta go through and use the junk ones as Exp or something

It's definitely a weird glitch, considering you can't get characters from the banner. And yeah, I capped on artifacts yesterday, too, but I found a +16 that I took to 20. Bye 1-stars.

I'm sure I would have gone farther yesterday if the servers hadn't been down for so long in the day, but I'm hoping to sip the Inazuma content rather than slurp it...which is going to be hard when I'm only working for 1.5 hours today. Basically going to force myself to run some errands.

Just start leveling some up, you might get lucky. And if you dont, just use it as EXP fodder on something else.

I only keep 5*s.

I should. Im basically at a point where my only fodder for leveling up is 5*s. Some of them I just have no idea what characters would even use them (Bloodstained Chivalry) and others are just lots of bad double DEF/HP on sets where youd want ATK or Crit. It takes forever to go through lol

When I hit that point, which I have at least three times now, I just pick some stuff I have locks on and level them using other 5-stars. I selectively go through and weed out all the junk that has no real chance of being used for anything. I'm usually a little more precious than I ought to be, but I still tend to expunge 80-90% of what I'd been carrying.

Setting mine to Liyue for now in the hopes it wont take 502 days to get the ones I need to complete the Pirate achievement and then it will be Liyue in the hopes it wont take 809 days to get the Godwin one 5 times out of the 0 Ive gotten it...

I think I'm missing two quest chains from each, but I went with Mondstadt.

I should be needing Reliable Helper and Tales of Winter from Mondstadt and Cliffhanger and Signs of Love from Liyue. Might as well stick with one though. It's ultimately pretty irrelevant, the difference is incredibly minor.

What we got is apparently only half of Inazuma for now which is crazy because it already feels pretty big

I've gotten to experience the joys of the game crashing on me with this update. Seems to trigger when I access the wish history? When I go to restart the game, I can get to just beyond the door but the game crashes again in the white loading screen before any of the element sigils appear.

I had thought I had solved the issue by doing a repair from the game launcher. But I tried to get in today and it is back to white loading screen hell for me. Repair seems to be freezing up at 60% for me too.

I hope that bugs like this get ironed out sooner rather than later, I've only just begun my Inazuma exploration!
