Most times I have seen break checkers online , (so far in real life it has not happened to,knock on wood) the tailgating is not that horrible. Tailgating adds to stress and makes people make bad decisions that cause accidents. Brake checking is a bad decision that offers no payout besides causing accidents. I don't brake check people, but if someone is on my ass, I have been known to keep my car in a higher gear and have it slow down that way if i'm coming up on red lights/stop signs.
