What about my posting history makes me the established left? lol.

I dont align with progressives and I criticize them as well all the time. I'm no Cult 45er either.

The only thing I pointed out in this topic is the specific type of individual who clutches their pearls about feelings, the taboo of using the dreaded T word(terrorist) and claiming sympathy when its a white terrorist.

But we're factually calling a terrorist a terrorist. I get what point you're trying to make, but this isn't the right situation to try and make that point. She is a terrorist. So yes left wing people after they denounced the term terrorist in the years following 9/11 are now doing what they can to apply the term to white people and avoid applying it to anyone else.

All I ask for is a little consistency here.

The term "terrorist" wasn't denounced following 9/11. The act of calling any brown-skinned person a terrorist because of the events of 9/11 was denounced.

No it was. My extremely left leaning university made it a point in many different classes to talk about how the term terrorist is typically only used by those in power towards those who don't. Technically that is the definition of terrorism as it's defining state sponsored political violence versus non state sponsored political violence. Also, there were lots of examples like how the founding fathers were technically terrorists depending on who you ask.

Basically, a lot of talk to really denounce any sort of usage of the term terrorist and now you are really seeing the term make a comeback.

For starters Muslim isn't a race. You used the Colorado shooter to highlight him being Muslim and not white. Syrians are generally Caucasians. People like you confuse Muslim for race. Highlighting him being Muslim doesn't make him not a Caucasian anymore.

Listen to Sam Wilson's speech at the end of Falcon and the Winter Soldier. You say terrorist like that gives you a pass to dismiss any and all issues people like her could be dealing with.

Babbitt is a symptom of a much larger problem and people like her aren't going away. You got to figure out a way to make it work.

And yeah I'm aware that people like Mitch McConnell operate in pure bad faith opposition and will stonewall any congressional action that he can.
