It's not "poor and minorities" getting screwed by virtue of being poor and/or minorities, but because shit happens that makes various employees less "valuable" than the guy who's there's on time every day and never had to leave early for some-odd thing. It's single moms who are going to get fucked over worse than anyone else by this.

lol. You think this is rational, but there's no clear rational relationship between an employees pay and what they bring to the employer. Further, the primary issue here is almost entirely divorced from that, in which the minimum wage hasn't kept up with inflation despite the rest of the economy having done so. Employees are actually valued less today than they were 20 years ago, despite doing the same job.

Anyway, there's no argument to be had here. Garbage words from a garbage person.
