Non canonical seems silly, nothing about them would make them non canonical.
Zaeed and Kasumi are almost entirely self contained in ME2 so they aren't IMPORTANT, but still. Javik's existence raises ME3's overall score by like a full point and they remove tons of dialog if you don't have him. Arguable that an ME3 playthrough isn't even canonical if you DON'T have him. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!
