I'm 6', alive and i'm only 120 give or take a few pounds. Probably lower than 120.

No, but it would be an improvement. That "comfort weight" creeped up on me after a 9.5 year relationship. I started hitting the gym and I lost 15 pounds. Then Covid shut everything down and I gained it all back and then some. Starting back at the gym tonight.

I am the same height. A couple years ago I was 360. I'm down to 255 now. I'd still like to get back to 215-220.

I lost about 60 pounds while having cancer last year. Went from 250 to 192.

During Chemo for 7 months all i was eating was apple slices, blue-rasp-black berries and homemade bacon egg (3 scrambled eggs into 1 egg patty) and cheese bagels for the protein.

Gained a little weight back, now 220ish.
But doing Radiation therapy and now I can't eat anything because of the side effects on the bottom half of my throat.

So now all I can do is Whey Protien shakes, Gatorade, ice cream and suck on chocolate. So I shouldn't be losing anymore weight again but I shouldn't be gaining anymore either.

Where does he assume that? There's very clearly an option for if you're a normal weight right now.

I'm 6'3, 230.
My ideal weight is around 210.

I'd rather be 230 than 165.

I'm about 130-140 now, so that would take me down to 70-80, and I'm 5'5, so maybe?

I'd be 5'9 and 160. Pretty sure I was 180 in high school while still being relatively small/skinny. Can't imagine what 160 would look like although my friend says he was 160 and he was just slightly skinnier than me.

I'm 5'9" 190 right now, and you weren't skinny at 180 unless you mean lean and reasonably muscular.

According to bmi, yes. That'd drop me down to 150. According to eyes I'd look gross skinny. Like at 165 I had chest striations and veins very visible and I had dramatically less muscle mass than I do rn.
