No but I have a couple solar powered motion lights for the yard. They're great because you dont have to wire anything in.

Small scale solar yes.
As in a 12-volt system. I mainly use it for lighting and never having to worry about keeping my phone charged. no I don't, it's not nearly as effective over here apparently with the long winters and the snow, it's hydro electricity though so I guess it's not bad still for the environment
