Literally implanted into your brain, muscle memory and all; What 3 would you pick? my choices are

Parkour (I know this is a controversial pick, but I stand by it being a martial art; the art of running away)
Krav Maga
Drunken Fist (Or Jeet Kune Do , hard to pick)

Lethal when needed, ability to leave any situation where lethal methods aren't necessary, and the ability to deal with anything in-between.

Assuming 100% proficiency + experience when implemented....

Olympic Wrestling cuz I used to do it and would love to be better than I was
WWE wrasslin' cuz it seems fun and I'd like to know what it'd be to be an entertainer
Boxing because nothings more manly than throwing a good ole fashioned haymaker.

Judo
Jiu-Jitsu
Karate

I'm not counting Parkour, but I do respect that level of athleticism.

Drunken fist and Krav Maga are both nonsense MA though. Drunken Fist especially.

Kalaripayattu would be pretty cool, just because you're definitely gonna learn how to do any variant of a somersault.

Agreed, but I wouldnt want them for MMA. Just... survival skills. Maybe a security job because of it, but not generally for money making. Parkour is debatable and I get that.

Great choices though.

If parkour kounts, that'd be the highest priority. Fighting might be handy, but moving like that is fun.

CQC as in the fantasy martial art devoped by The Boss and Naked Snake? Because CQC stands for Close Quarters Combat and is legit defining ALL martial arts aside from (the controversial) parkour.

Please provide an explanation of how youd use these abilities. You get 100% full functioning knowledge down to muscle memory of these 3 martial arts

Edit: Parkour counts in my book.

My roommate pointed this out to me and I agree:

Muscle memory doesnt mean you have the strength to pull all this off so it a good idea to choose martial arts you can teai in by yourself. He chose:

Boxing (train his front half and aggressive side)
Parkour (terrific back training, and everything lower body)
Krav Maga (Lethel when needed, but the other 2 would provide a strong psychical foundation for it).

I think he might have won me over. Though Drunken Fist would he fun as shit to learn.

A lot if this is bound by our physical status. Hes significantly larger than me (taller and broader shoulders kinda shit). So that plays into it

KA.JU.KEN.BO = (KA for Karate, JU for Judo and Jujutsu, KEN for Kenpo and BO for Boxing)
It would be nice to master it after all these years

2) Catch Wrestling/BJJ - It's always good to know how to grapple

3) Wing-chun - Always good to know how to fight at extreme close ranges

Since I used escrima as an umbrella term for all martial arts under it, escrima has an empty hand fighting style under it that teaches grappling and striking as well as being able to flow back into any weapon art it also teaches (some blunt/bladed weapons)

Cool. I honestly only know Escrima because of comic books (Nightwing; the first Robin uses "Escrima Sticks".)

I'm still convinced that krav maga is one of those scam martial arts, it's hard to take it seriously when practitioners refuse to show it off in a serious sparing setting vs opponents trained in other martial art styles because "it's too dangerous". It honestly sounds like those scam chinese "chi" martial arts that claim to use your life force to strike opponents.

That's a fair take away, but as someone who had a few classes in it; there a serious reason they dont show it off. It's for killing people, not self defense.

It's also for training soldiers in a short amount of time to be able to handle CQC.
