For me it was Saturday. Sunday I had to wake up early to travel

if I didnt have an alarm I would be late to work by several hours. I absolutely could not function without an alarm

Same. I set an alarm just to be safe, but I get up at the same time every day for work. So my body has attuned to waking up anywhere from an hour to 15 min before my alarm usually goes off.

It's very rare I don't wake up 10-20 minutes before my alarm goes off. I work at different times so it's not a set thing, I just have a sense of time that works even when I'm asleep, I guess. I can usually guess what time it is within a few minutes at any time even if I haven't seen the time for many hours, too.

most weekends i wake up before my 10:00 alarm. i set it for 10:00 because i feel like im wasting the day when i sleep past that

I have an internal clock for 6 AM.

If that doesn't work I always have a bird that will post up by a bush near my window and chirp. I've never seen this bird but it literally sounds like R2D2 is outside of my window around the same time, it never fails. I wonder if it's a parakeet or something.

Usually the weekends are the only times I'm able to do that. But this past Saturday I had to get up early, so I set an alarm. Sunday I woke up normally though.

Yesterday. I woke up at like 530 needing to use the bathroom. My wife got up at 6 so I just stayed awake.

I never really need an alarm. I just wake up when I need to, I'm never late or oversleep for anything. Can't explain it, I haven't trained myself or anything.

I know my body will wake up after 5-6 hours later so I just plan accordingly unless Im really going for 4 hours specifically

Lately every day, because my cat has grown into the habit of booping me awake once the sun comes up, because she wants me to let her under my blanket.

it's a very nice dog. often it's around 6 or 6:30am due to the timing my dog wakes up to go to the bathroom.

Every weekend. Sometimes during my normal work week, Ill get up before my alarm. Depends.

My body is so finetuned that I wake up probably 3 times out of 5 right before my alarm is supposed to wake me up lol

Every day, as long as Im close to my routine bedtime.

I always wake up around 7am, give or take a few minutes, every morning. If I wake up at a different time it will only be earlier, never later.

Even If Im out partying or something late at night Ill still naturally only sleep in maybe an extra hour and Ill have to force myself back to sleep.

More often than not, I have kids
