It honestly amazes me seeing people having long winded personal convos and joking around when realistically they wouldn't speak two words to each other if they hadn't met through this job. Like for example millenial white conservative talking and cutting up with a 69 year old black liberal all night. I can agree that it does help with the morale of those capable of doing both though. That said, I'm not the norm and I border on asociality.
