Just instrumental music is usually not stimulating enough for me (so I tend to find another distraction, which...would distract me), but songs with vocals are too distracting. --- Into the woods, but mind the past... CoolCly 04/28/21 1:34:03 PM #5:	Music actively makes more engaged and productive. Lyrics don't make an impact negatively - but I'm more amped up by lyric songs I love so they are often even better than instrumental music. I can listen to podcasts and some youtube videos and stuff too at times depending on what it is but I need to be careful because if it requires too much thinking to process what I'm listening too it can slow me down.
