Add egg or chicken or beef

Serve over rice

Top with sauce, e.g soy sauce plus rice wine vinegar, ginger and sugar thickened with cornstarch slurry

For bok Choy I always use sesame oil and rice vinegar and soy sauce and chili powder and garlic and pepper flakes

you want it cooked but still crunchy, overcooking it makes it mushy.

I also put jalapeos onions and bell peppers in mine, but thats because I was trying to use those three ingredients together differently in each dish I was making that night

Stir fries in general are pretty much just a matter of throwing whatever veggies and meat you have into a pan and going nuts, and bok choy is reasonably versatile and can pair with most common veggies. My typical sauce is soy sauce, honey, orange juice, ginger, rice vinegar (or sherry, if that's available), and garlic, but that's really a matter of taste.
