I've def found it harder to play first-person the older I got. Bethesda games will give me straight up vertigo, which sucks because you gotta use first person to really pick things up accurately.

Yeah, I switch back & forth between 1st & 3rd POV for those games all the time.

Sounds like a touch of motion sickness. It happens to me if I play games with a lot of high climbing, like Mirror's Edge or Assassin's Creed.

What kind of monitor are you using?

Changing the monitor or it's refresh rate my help with motion sickness.

Sometimes turning off motion blur in games helps too.

I only had that with fallout 4. Whenever I attempt to play it, I feel so nauseous and dizzy. This happens within 15 minutes.
