No one's truly colorblind: everyone can see racial differences, they just don't matter beyond that simple visual difference (and medical concerns and the occasional other practical issue, but obviously those aren't particularly relevant to crayons). Using a crayon that more closely matches somebody's skin colour isn't reinforcing the significance of race, it's just drawing what you see. Calling attention to and reinforcing differences goes far further than "acknowledging" differences in skin tone.
