SO MANY non diagnosed in the highly functional spectrum. If you've never felt "normal" or are prone to OCD, depression etc., this could be the type of explanation of your life experiences that could be a weight off your shoulders. I think diagnosing stuff and naming it can help some deal with it, but for me it's just trying to put the idea in my head that attempting to change is hopeless.
