Lateral raises are easier for short ppl or those with shorter arms, feels bad with my 6'9" armspan

Sound like a heavy weight I knew in my boxing gym. He looked like a light skin Antonio Tarver. Dude was 63 with arms that came down to his knees. Solid 200lbs of muscle.

... Are you me? I'm waiting for my left one to heal, six weeks now. I think it was only a grade 1 sprain. There's a visible bump but it's been shrinking

If youre doing good form with that weight then nice work. Im still bouncing back from my Covid physique and the rod in my arm makes straight arm exercises like that particularly difficult.

Broke it. And the VA spared no expense (so every expense) getting it fixed.

Thats gnarly. Forgive my ignorance but... does that ever get taken out or is it there forever now?

Maybe I'm being ultra conservative about my AC joint injury but I'm just now starting light push/pull work after a 6 week break from them

It was also my left one. I was benching 360, did a few sets ok and then on the last one my shoulder gave out

Shit dont feel bad, it happened to me and I had to do research to answer that question.

so apparently I can leave it in there forever unless it starts to hug me, especially since the hardware doesnt cross a joint or anything. But Im considering taking it out to see if it helps with my pain
