A benefit was definitely the extra amounts of water I drank. I dont normally drink a lot but I drank about a gallon that one day I started.

Just found out I am on a double so until at least 7am I won't eat tomorrow. Last ate at 7pm Tuesday haha. Some people just get hungry easier I think Like me I don't even get the signal for hunger until like 12-18 hours most of the time. I regularly eat one meal a day unless someone else encourages me to eat more. On the flip side I can overeat easier than most people too-- it works both ways. I suspect if you're regularly going 24+ without food you're one of those "blessed" people who aren't even getting hungry until a long period has passed. --- No problem! I am usually always hungry. I eat two meals a day but theyre big meals. Im especially hungry after I work out and go for runs.
