All of them. Got into a bad accident when I was 13 and slammed my teeth pretty hard. Ever since then they degenerated and were slowly falling out or chipping. Last year I finally had enough money to just get the remainder removed and got dentures. You couldn't imagine how painful it got

They were rotted and cracked. I had really, really crooked teeth as a kid. Didn't matter how much I brushed or flossed, I had new cavities every time I went to the dentist. I tried to get braces 3 times, but I had a bad gag reflex and they could never get a clean mold of my teeth to make them. There's only so many times you can make a 12 year old kid throw up on himself in the dentist chair before he tells you to go fuck yourself. :-/

After that I just stopped trying to care for them. Quit brushing/flossing entirely because it made no difference. Just rinsed with mouthwash so I didn't have bad breath. Eventually they deteriorated to the point where I had exposed nerves and broken teeth.

Then my brother proposed to his girlfriend and asked me to be his best man. I decided then that there was no way I was going to be in his wedding photos and not be able to smile, so I talked with my parents and they said they would help me pay for it all (it was definitely not cheap...). They pulled the front 5 teeth and the back 2 molars on both sides of the upper jaw, along with all of my molars on the bottom jaw. I got a titanium screw implanted on either side of the bottom jaw to fit molars, along with 3 screws on the top in front for a bridge to replace the 5 teeth there.

Took about a year and a half in total, but it's been worth every penny. I can't even describe what it's like to go from being completely unable to open your mouth in public without being embarrassed to smiling so often that people go out of their way to say how much they love that I'm always in a good mood.

EDIT: Forgot about the 4 impacted wisdom teeth. 5 top front + 2 top molars + 4 bottom molars + 4 wisdom teeth = 15 total.

I had my top wisdom teeth out years ago & had one of the back molars pulled at the same time. It was cracked and would have needed a crown (at least) so I don't miss it.

I had all of them removed. It's pretty crazy how many of us are here on CE

Just curious on what your total costs were.

All 4 wisdom teeth, 2 were turned around sideways,1 was impacted in my gums and the last 1 was normal but causing me pain.

I had the one in front on my lower wisdom tooth removed and now need the one in front of that because i somehow chipped the side of it recently

One of my wisdom teeth came in weird and developed a gnarly cavity as a result. Had to have it pulled.

Another wisdom tooth similarly erupted in a weird way where it was difficult to clean. Actually went in to get a filling for it and the dentist stopped halfway through to say it needed to just be pulled. He then asked where my mom was because he needed her permission. I was like... 21-ish at the time and he thought I was much younger. I should have found that more concerning because I had gone to this dentist my entire life, so he should have known I was an adult...

I'm really vigilant about my dental hygiene now. Haven't been to a dentist in like... seven or eight years though. No insurance. Terrified of going back.

4 adult teeth rotted out my mouth so far at age 27

my gf got all her teeth removed and god it rules

Had 4 teeth removed for braces and 4 wisdoms teeth removed but this happened before I turned 21

God, it was over 10 years ago now...I want to say it was somewhere around $15k? Parents paid a good portion of it, though, so that might be a little off. But it was worth every penny.

Yes, if you count wisdom teeth. I've had the lower two removed.

All 4 wisdom teeth were pulled out but no others, not even the front tooth I broke off at the root when I was a child.

One tooth, right side of my mouth. It had cracked into three pieces after a bad filling years before.

Dentist had to pull the three pieces individually. Think I felt my soul leave my body with each piece getting yanked out.
