That was really confusing to me also. You need to use the new Sorey as a support while completing the quests from the first line to increase his bond so that he will join you. He should show up as a support ally to pick

You've got to level Sorey to 50 before you can do the ascension quests as well.

Nice! I wasn't logging who I got from daily pulls but between the daily pulls and the step ups I've done well. Yuna stone is almost maxed, I got a couple light Colette's so her stone is on its way to being maxed.

For characters I've gotten Kongwai maxed and H. Asbel has gotten to 3/5 which is nice. Sorey is maxed now, Gaius was a good get. Got two Alisha's, Llyod maxed. C. Mikleo was obtained at some point, thinking I'll build his stone eventually?

What I'm trying to decide is what to do with M. Rita. I've got 4 copies of her stone. She's more of an arena unit so I don't really need her and her stone is pretty good. But she could be useful in transcendent battles and tower maybe? Hm hm hmmm!

I've had pretty good use with her on my earth team, but my earth team was my worst team for awhile. With shigure and forte now it's a little better at least but she's still in the backline because she's better than Lloyd or cress. And even if she wasn't I would use her anyway tbh lol

Hm. Another point in her favor is the new Rondoline stone offers a good attack boost though mystic arte damage booster is probably better generally. We'll see though!

I'm slowly trying to build C Mikleo's stone, however I think I have only gotten him twice. M. Rita doesn't fit so well with my earth team, and her stone is a pretty good one. I think I would build it instead

Yeah I pulled her too during the daily summons. I haven't bothered with her. All defense really. Doesn't provide much hit gen, can't deal much damage, all she can really do is buff defense and attack of your team. She might be one of the few who can buff defense like that? Not sure but it's not that great either way. Her stone has a nice effect but it's a defense orientated stone so boosting the crit rate is kinda pointless. I don't know what her boards look like but I can't imagine they'd make her viable. Will probably keep her stone around to shard it when I'm in a bind honestly.

I picked her up from one of the anniversary banners. Took one look at her kit and turned that stone into a shard. I can't imagine her being useful for much

I unlocked the sorey unit from support quests, and I used him on every stage 1 map and beat it but the stage 2 maps still aren't unlocking. Is there something else you have to do?

Bah. Swimsuit Yuna is fire. =/ Seems more support based with good attack and defense. Cursing all enemies is certainly interesting and putting an enemy to sleep is great for those it works against. Mystic arte gives a hefty attack debuff. And her Awakening skill is fantastic and could certainly help Kanata get off his MA quicker. Hmm.

Yuna is good, but I think I'm going to pass on her. Those skills are more arena focused, and I don't need it. Getting her max awakened would be fantastic though

Yes but both his boards are more than 60 quests. Looks like there's a total of 656 quests totaling 21,050 AP to fully awaken and transcend Sorey.

Basically it's going to be a slow ass process or take a ton of gels.

I don't see a days left timer though, so is this not time limited?

In other news, I spent the 25k I've collected since rolling for misella and got fire Kanata on my last roll. So now I'm completely broke but at least I have him. I guess I will just pull off cooldown to try and get Yuna once she comes out but I have my doubts I'll be able to get her

Yeah there's no timer currently. I can't imagine them adding one for something as time consuming as this but it does say limited so who knows if it'll be up forever. There is almost 8,000 gleamstones available from it all but given the time sink it might not feel like it lol

I'm up to 34k so I should easily hit my goal of 40k by the end of August. But I'm thinking of not pulling for Vicious. Could depend on my rolls for Misella though. And I think I'll skip the Yuna banner. People are thinking we're going to get a swimsuit Orwin next and the theory is he'll be wind to compliment Misella like Yuna/Kanata and Aegis/Vicious do.

I'm going to wait and see if they pull a fast one and drop a fourth anniversary unit. Not sure if we will see Orwin next when he hasn't officially joined the group yet.

And yeah, I think this Sorey thing is going to be up indefinitely. There's always something useful to spend AP on so this is going to be a super slow process

Also someone on reddit did the calculations but between the natural gold medal acquisition and exchanging silver medals for gold, there's a maximum of 9,000 gold medals available per month. So one or the other per month.

I did all 25 tickets I could afford and didn't get one. I just spend a bunch before she came out trying to max out chronos, because I thought they would be on separate summons. Rip me on that one

Yeah I was lucky and maxed Chronos awhile ago and ever since they announced Lilith I started saving arena medals. Except I used 20,000 to get all the summon tickets last month.

I dunno, 8% universal gift of nature is appealing to me! Lilith's Awakening skill is what I'm really after though so I might wait to see how long it takes to farm her.

It took me a year to get chronos, but I don't do more then 10 arenas a day. I usually get between like 700-1400 rank

I tried to get top 100 last week but realized how many refills people do to get there and had to cut my losses Saturday night/Sunday morning and ended up around 170. S. Colette + Kanata has really upped my arena game. Before I'd do like 90 battles at most a week and end at 400-600. Think I did around 110-115 last week.

I've tried to push into the top 100 before, and realized people refresh too much for me to try. Top 200 or 300 is good enough for me

Yeah going into Saturday night I was right around 80-100 and when I woke up I was like down in the 300's, saw everyone in the top 100 now had like 1,000 point lead on me and was like "welp..so much for that." lol

Yuri is a pretty good wind finisher who synergizes with Wind Milla. Both of their awakening skills boost the attack of sword type allies, and I already have her awakened. He has panels in his board for damage up against burned enemies to work with Misella on enemies that can be burned. Curse too, but that's harder to manage.

How do you set up fire Kanata the best to get his OL online? I think he's hitting on turn 5 for me right now in arena which is useless

I don't think his OL matters for the arena. In most cases, my arena matches end on turn two with the occasional turn three.

His AoE will kill everything it hits turn one, especially if paired with Vicious to setup debilitate and def down. I use him with his own stone and have his board complete. The MA has not been relevant yet

That's...some kind of luck for sure haha. Odds of that happening have to be pretty dang low.

So my first time through the Misella banner sure was something...

Pull 1: V. Edna (dupe so looks like I'll start her stone)
Pull 2: Limited Misella (whooo!)
Pull 3: Water Rita, H. Estelle, S. Rutee, Aegis
Pull 4: Alisha, Reala (only new character but I was considering pulling her so hell yeah!)

That third pull was crazy. Aegis is a free Ascension/Awakening stone I guess but the others are great for me. I needed more water help and this certainly helps. H. Estelle is maxed out now too. 4 SSRs in one pull is easily the most I've ever gotten.

I fully expect my luck to take a nosedive now.

I just realized Sleep works on the raid bosses. It sets up a guaranteed crit for the next attack. Yuna, Vicious, Kanata, and hit gen is a good combination to get good contribution on turn one.
