Someone we know commented on my widows peak at a family gathering and my mom got offended on my behalf but I didnt find it insulting at all. I dont see why it should be, although I guess Id never personally make a comment like that to someone else.

When I was like 20 two random bigger girls made fun of my shirt (it was just a plain t with a small quicksilver logo iirc) and one of em said "no one likes quicksilver anymore!"

And I was like "yeah no one likes fat chicks either."

I wouldn't be that much of an asshoke these days but fuck em.

This happened to me so much when my mom was alive. Women would say/do offensive things and she'd have to stick up for me bc society treats us to coddle grown women

I can never respond quickly to insults. I'm always shocked they happen. Like I was polite and stayed in my lane and get decimated

Id probably make a joke like going bald makes you even smarter. So in my case, Id be the smartest person in the room. Yeah, its cheesy, but making it sexual instead could cause problems and a laugh at a lame harmless joke could put the room at ease.

Btw, Im not going bald, but I did gain some weight over the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays. If she wanted to insult me about something, it would be that.
