To add on to his history he was on TV just the day before and he looked toasted as hell and also just recently had surgery before the crash so it wouldn't be out of the ordinary for him to be taking painkillers. So yeah there was a lot of evidence and previous history pointing to it being pretty likely some kind of substance was involved. It is good to hear that he wasn't driving under any kind of substance influence and I hope he recovers as well as he can. They had a doctor on who said it may be a year before he walks again.
