However, there are ways of serving other animals where you bypass the chewing process, although it has to be done carefully because it's fucking dangerous. When I say "cooked," I mean either boiled (like they do with most shellfish) or boiled then served in pasta. I'm not talking some avant garde crap. If I'm having oysters, I'm eating them the same way that I do clams and mussels.
