That's what sucks about long distance traveling. Eating a full breakfast like that and just sitting in the seat all day. I usually skip breakfast now, but if I do eat I'm at work staying active.

When people say "plate of diabetes" they're not even being sarcastic at this point, all that sugar and gross greasy bacon/sausage isn't good. The only people its for is farmers who are gonna be working out in the field for like 12 hours. It wasn't meant for inner city 9-5 cubicle workers

Breakfast is typically carb-heavy because carbs are meant to be burned as a long term energy expenditure through the day. It's the first thing you eat, so in theory you want it to be something that will fuel you for a while.
