Genuine liberals care a good deal about justice. For genuine liberals, injustice is about innocent people being wrongly accused and punished, or the guilty going unpunished for reasons such as their position or their connections.

But fake liberals, on the other hand, who troll topics like this one because they reckon it'll be full of low-hanging fruit (having assumed in the predictably pigshit-ignorant, lazy way of trolls that only a liberal would still support the prosecution of ex-SS members) -- they like to turn this idea upside down and back to front. For them, injustice becomes all about the guilty being punished ... if they're former Nazis. She was in a terrible position. This position cannot be comprehended by people born 50 years later living in an extremely different society.

Imagine if, say, while when Trump was president, speaking out against his evils and stupidities got you and your entire family murdered.

That was reality for many Germans. This does not entirely absolve them, of course, but it should be considered.

And the sad fact is there are people who defended it or thought they weren't doing anything wrong, like this lady is defending. She was a willing participate at the time who thought everything was justified. Obviously that was the farhhest thing from the truth, but if you believe that why would you feel a need to tell anyone about it?

Muslim communities, diplomats, German citizens, German soldiers and officers. Hell Nazi's helped save Jewish people from concentration camps.

This isn't one of those things were you "need evidence" as this has been common knowledge that people were saving Jews at this time from all walks of life.
