Even though I voted 9 because Necron was ridiculous, I still think XII and VII are in the running. Vayne was an awful villain of an awful story and the battle was painfully anti-climatic. The Sephiroth fights were LAME. Great character, terrible final two battles. Anyone that says Orphan just has a hate boner for XIII. She's introduced at the end of Disc 2, where then it ties the plot together as to who was pulling the strings. She is then the primary enemy for the rest of the game. We can agree that the plot twist was bad, but the plot as a whole in and of itself was all about stopping Sorcerers, or rather, keeping them contained. The gimmicks of possibly fighting her with some of your abilities sealed, and not being to select your 3 characters is a pretty fun "puzzle." Kuja commiting suicide and wiping out everything with Ultima only for you to fight some primordial being that is the anti-thesis of life itself is badass. Plus, you don't ever technically defeat Necron, he states as long as there is life he will always exist, he just acknowledges life's will to keep existing and lets you live. It's not that left field when you consider this is a universe where a magical crystal literally controls all life on a planet, so destroying said crystal summoning some divine being isn't too wild. Also, the boss music alone is too good for it to be ranked last. Also, the boss music alone is too good for it to be ranked last. Same with Trance Kuja, since we're grouping them together. No dude, it's FF9. I am the biggest fucking final fantasy ween you will ever meetand I would defend every single FF with my dying breath and would commit monstrous acts of world ending cruelty just to see a FF8 and FF9 remake. And would rip out my own eyes if it meant that before I did i got to watch a FFT remake trailer.
