Mine is like a mix of rock, metal, and video game music. Lately, Ive been on a metal kick some. Im open to almost anything except country and modern pop.

if you asked me 2 years ago i probably would have answered metal, but nowadays i would have to go with other.

a certain potder got me into some weird shit a while back, so now I mostly enjoy listening to music thats... i donno... off?

mashups, songs with every other beat removed, taking a familiar song and doing x to it every time y happens, that sort of thing.

J-Pop, New Age, Celtic, (Gothic) Chant, Eurobeat, Epic music, World/Ethnic music, Classical, '80's music, K-Pop, Symphonic Rock, some Electronic/Trance (when it's more ambient/subdued, vs. loud obnoxious party stuff)....

Majority of the music I listen to is from video game and anime OSTs.

Cant go wrong with 80s music.

I like some 50s and 60s like Elvis, Chuck Berry, The Beatles, The Who, etc.

Overall I'd go with "Experimental"

but it's more a blend of that, jazz, pop, hip-hop, metal and rock.

Pop followed by Rock (or some blend like electronic rock). But mostly stuff from 70s-90s not of today unless they can recapture that old school sound. I'd include disco in the pop category.

I like Altan Urag after seeing the "Mongol" movie (that was supposed to be part 1 of 3. Not sure if the other 2 ever got made, the movie was kinda disappointing, so maybe for the best...

like Art Pop/Art Rock type stuff. like Bjork or Fiona Apple or even some Radiohead as some popular examples.
