You (or whoever this is about) is not under any real threat of harm from being called an "idiot" or "dumb as fuck", it's just someone - probably a kid - with nothing better to do than keep repeating a few basic insults. Heck, someone with some basic programming knowledge could write a bot to keep calling you that; maybe it's not even a human doing it. By "someone very notable" I was more thinking about who the victim is.
