I found I can skin and de-bone a chicken thigh in a few seconds, so I stopped buying them prepped. They charge $2.99 a pound for boneless chicken thighs here, but regularly sell bone-in thighs for as low as $.79 a pound. And I can use the skin and bones to make stock, and the rest of the raw bones my brother gives to his dog. Because that dog will resort to eating bricks if you don't give him bones. I'm not joking in the slightest. Bricks.
