Borat is literally the only one I know of and it had a pretty small opening too. There's also Deadpool. Apart from that, I don't know much of anything else.

Has movie critics' stupid distaste for comedy finally scared away all the funnies? Killed off the comedy genre in hollywood?

good comedy is hard to do well, especially with the higher ups in Hollywood being so distanced from the rest of us, it's gotta be a real hard time selling a movie to them that will sell to us, especially a comedy movie charmander.

There's been a lot of excellent comedy movies this decade. Parasite, American Hustle, Grand Budapest Hotel, Birdman, Disaster Artist, This is the End, etc.

I think what's really going on here is that your idea of a comedy movie is the kind of goofball fratboy humour of the previous decade that is kind of outdated now. Like, Borat 2 felt like a movie from 2003.
