Well, that was fun. Interesting difficulty curve the tournament had. Sasha was definitely the hardest opponent, but she was only the second one you played.

Did you do Zoltan's quest? He has one where you can get some good cards. Pretty sure there's a glitch where you can duplicate the cards or something (look it up).

Alright, I've started The Isle of Mists, which it looks like I might be on for a while because I'm going everywhere and calling in favors with allies. About how much is left? It feels like I'm getting pretty close to the climax.

Did the quest with the witcher who massacred a village. Thought it was neat that he commented that I was with the School of the Wolf but wearing Cat armor.

This doctor is a stone cold badass, though. No special powers or anything, but he still goes into the sewers to kill drowners just because it's the right thing to do.

One of my favorite quest in the game. I love that it has a false end if you don't detective hard enough.

It was tempting, but enough things didn't add up that I felt more investigation was needed.

I am making a bit of a habit of talking it out with people and then killing them at the end of it. I've done it with Morkvarg, the Cat witcher, and the pastor now.

I was just checking out some locations on Skellige and I found the place where they tied Birna Bran to execute her. Have to say I didn't expect that to actually happen in-game

2.) Three witchers back-to-back-to-back is a whirling circle of death that I don't think anything could escape from.

I know it's a bit clich for mentor characters to get killed, but damn, Vesemir's death hit like a train anyway. Geralt's expression when he found Ciri with his body was heartbreaking.

Gwent is so much fun in this game. The standalone changed too much imo.

Seashells give you black pearls if you dismantle them.

It's funny, because I was just thinking as I was going through that quest that I'm still picking up every piece of crafting material I come across, and there's no way I'll ever use even a fraction of it. I guess it's good that it they don't have any weight.

Yeah, Dijkstra trying to pull a fast one with just him + three generic thugs was a real "NANI??" moment. It's a shame indeed, especially since he gets so many good conversations in the game. He also has some Gwent card I think you can find in his office if you kill him (you may have already gotten it).
